Our company’s Return & Exchange policy is limited to:

  • Lost Shipment: The courier company has to confirm the package is lost.
  • Wrong Item: The item received is different from the initial order.

 

You will have 24 hours after you receive your order to request an exchange. Initially you will be required to fill out the Exchange & Returns Form. After our team reviews and approves your request, you will be notified by email. The moment you receive a confirmation by our team, you will have 7 days to return your order to us. Furthermore, once we receive the returned package, within 7 days we will ship out the correct order.

NOTE: The returned item must be in the original package. All products returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect saleable condition.

We do not offer returns for measurement related disagreements.
